The Internal Quality Control team member is responsible for staging the Finish department, a vital part of our production flow. This position is part of the Internal QC team, reporting to the Internal Quality Control Team Lead. `
As an Internal Quality Control team member your primary responsibilities will include:
- Quality inspection of all parts flowing through the shop floor
- Interpret Master Plan to ensure all components are accounted for
- Documentation of Quality Record Tags (QRT’s) for all finished products and record keeping via Master Plan, assisting the Finish Department as needed
- Inventory and organization of: pulling doors, Pan2, and custom parts as needed for final staging
- Collect and organize all unfinished cleating or Lemellos for the pre-shipping team
- Ensure a streamlined shipping process by separating each colour on different carts and clearly labelling all carts with the shop display sheet
- Updating the live schedule to reflect job status and real-time information
Preferred, but not required Skills:
- Previous experience in quality control, preferably in a custom kitchen cabinetry environment
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills, conducive to efficient processes and adherence to timelines.
- Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Exhibits an exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking capabilities.
- Proficient in problem identification and resolution.
Education:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Training in a postsecondary education is preferred but not required.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
